Darkhorse Capital Fund
The investment objective of the Company is a long term bottom up approach with an absolute return target using a long/short strategy to generate risk adjusted returns by investing primarily in equity securities and derivatives across the emerging Asian and MENA regions, ex-Japan, including companies that derive a significant portion of their current and/or future earnings from Asia and/or MENA region but listed elsewhere. A key focus of the Investment Manager will be risk management. Portfolio diversification and a gross exposure typically below 140% will assist with risk management. Up to 10% of the fund can be invested in private, non-listed investments, which may have a less liquid profile.
